Motorola One Zoom to be Launched

Motorola One Zoom is the brand’s first attempt at launching a majorly camera centric phone. The phone is rumoured to have a grand quadruple camera and a bunch of other inbuilt features and hence, it is being marketed as ‘Action camera’. Fresh images of its design and hardware have been released as well and the smartphone is all set to be released in its entirety at the IFA Berlin festival, 2019. Let’s dive into the details of the phone.

Camera

The key highlights of the phone are its four cameras. The main camera has a 48 megapixels sensor which captures images in the perfect light by combining its 0.8 µm pixels, focal length of 13mm to 81mm and its advanced blending technology. The second camera is an ultra-wide 12-megapixel with a 117-degree field of view. There are two more cameras of 8MP with 5x hybrid optical and digital zoom for optimum image quality. In addition, there is a 16 MP front camera.

Display and design

Unlike its counterparts, Motorola One Zoom has a traditional 6.2-inch AMOLED display, with a Full-HD+ screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and HDR support. It has an aspect ratio of 21:9 and a water drop-style notch with minimalistic bezels on the sides. The glass backside gives it a chic finish. There is an in-display fingerprint scanner in the front and the Motorola logo at the back beside the camera.

Processor

The smartphone is confirmed to be powered by the Snapdragon 675 processor and has an inbuilt RAM of 4GB or 6GB depending on the variant. It will be having an internal storage capacity of 64GB or 128GB. Whether this will be expandable or not is still a mystery. The battery is touted to have a powerful capacity of 4,000 mAh with NFC connectivity and support.

Price

The estimated price of the phone in India hasn’t been released yet but since it is priced at around 430 euros, the conversion rate amounts to Rs 34, 000. Other key details including the launch date also haven’t been released yet. But you can be ready to grab it with Tata Capital’s consumer durable loan. Such a loan reduces your financial burden.

Other features

The metal frame houses the phone speaker at the top and has a 3.5mm audio jack and headphone connector at the bottom. The phone is rumoured to also have a USB Type-C port which is supposedly for fast charging and is long lasting. As for the colours, the variants haven’t been confirmed yet, but leaked images show the phone in grey and purple. Chances are that the phone will be released in additional colours as well.

Since the premium phone is priced at the mid-range level and is still to be released, you have plenty of time to arrange your documents for a consumer durable loan.
