An investor/client shall first take up the grievance with the Market Participant by lodging a complaint directly with the Market Participant. If the grievance is not redressed, the investor/client may escalate the same through the SCORES portal and after exhausting all the available options for grievance redressal, the investor/client can initiate dispute resolution through the ODR Portal https://smartodr.in/
