Motorola One Fusion+ with 6.5-inch FHD+ Total Vision display, 5000mAh battery launched in India

Motorola has always been known as one of the classiest brands in the Indian smartphone market. Although their product range isn’t as extensive as a lot of other brands, they are slowly stepping up their game. Recently, they launched two new phones, Motorola G8 Power Lite and Motorola Edge+, one of which was  a budget phone and the other a premium model. Now, it is the turn of the value for money category, with the Motorola One Fusion+.

The Motorola One Fusion+

This latest Motorola phone was launched in India on the 9th of June this  year. With a cost of Rs.16,999, it is competing against the likes of Poco X2, Mi Note 9 Pro Max, and the Realme 6 Pro

Looks and display

The phone is available in Twilight Blue and Moonlight White shades. With a thickness of 9.6mm and a weight of 210 grams, the phone is quite a chunky one. The curved sides make it a little easier to handle. Another peculiar thing you will note about the latest Motorola phone is that there is no punch-hole or notch on the screen. Instead, there is a pop-up selfie camera which means that you get a truly full screen view. The display measures 6.5 inches and is a Full High Definition Plus, Total Vision type with bezels that are thin on all sides. It is also HDR10 certified.

Core features

The Motorola One Fusion+ runs My UX upon Android 10 OS. Its look and feel is similar to stock Android. While other countries get it with the Snapdragon 730 SoC, in India, you will get it with the Snapdragon 730G SoC. This basically means ease in delivering better graphics in the Indian version for Motorola. It is available in just one configuration, which is the 6GB + 128GB. Here’s another amazing feature- you can expand storage upto 1TB. With the powerful RAM and processor, operating with that large a memory won’t be an issue.

Thanks to its considerable size and these features, this phone is basically a mini-tablet in your hands. Availing all of this in under 20,000 is really a dream for a gadget owner. So, if you have been wondering about something like this, here’s your chance. If you don’t have funds right away, you can always buy the mobile on EMI. There are scores of interest-free EMI options in the market.

Cameras

The latest Motorola phone has four unique cameras at the backside, which include

  • A primary 64MP sensor with an aperture of f/1.8
  • An 8MP camera with ultra-wide angle and an aperture of f/2.2
  • A 5MP macro lens with an aperture of f/2.4
  • A 2MP depth sensor

At the front is its brilliant 16MP wide-angle selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.0. Both the front and rear cameras can record high-quality video of 1080p at 30fps. Motorola is known to have very clear and sharp camera lenses, so we’d definitely trust them with this aspect.

Other features

To support all of these heavy features, the Motorola One Fusion+ packs a 5,000 mAh battery, along with an 18W turbo charger in the box. Sensors include fingerprint sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, and gyro sensor. It has a regular 3.5mm headphone jack.
