Based on the Reno Ace’s price point, it is the better model as it offers almost the same features for a lower price. Performance The Reno 2 is equipped with a standard Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor. The Reno Ace has bumped up its chipset with a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus for smooth functioning. The Reno Ace effortlessly beats Reno 2 with its superior processor.
Battery Life The Reno 2 has a powerful 4,000 mAh battery along with quick-charging technology. The Reno Ace, too, is supported by an equally impressive 4,000 mAh battery and quick-charging technology. Both phones hold the same battery capacity.
Camera The Reno 2 features a 48MP main, 13MP telephoto, 8MP wide-angle and a 2MP mono lens for autofocus along with a popup 16MP front camera. The Quad camera supports LED Flash for enhanced image quality. The Reno Ace has the same Quad camera but the 48MP main lens is replaced with a wide-angle lens and the 8MP wide-angle lens is replaced with an ultra-wide lens. The front camera, too, is equipped with a wide-angle lens. The Reno Ace takes the cake with minor lens tweaks that have significantly added up to improve the overall image quality.
