An Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) is applicable on the Hybrid Term Loan. This charge is 0.25% of the available facility amount or ₹10,000, whichever is higher. These charges will be levied in the month immediately following a 12 month period (e.g. 13th , 25th , 37th month, etc. till the end of the loan tenure) and the same will be collected along with the EMI for the respective month.)
