Chief Business Officer
Pankaj Sindwani is the Chief Business Officer at Tata Cleantech. He is tasked to build Climate Finance Business across mainstream and emerging sectors. Besides Business, he has also been responsible for co-creating an ecosystem of alliances and partnerships with domestic and Global stakeholders for Clean Technology Finance in India.
A regular Speaker at multiple National and International forums on Clean Technology, he has also been mentoring Start-ups, more specifically in Clean Technology space.
Pankaj has held various important positions in past both within and outside Tata Group and his previous responsibilities include roles in Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing Operations and Corporate Strategy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from BITS Pilani and an Executive Masters in International Business from IIFT, New Delhi.
Chief Risk Officer
Ashwini Kumar has experience of over 20 years of working in Banking and Non Banking Finance Companies with expertise in the areas of project finance, infrastructure finance, renewable energy sector, corporate banking, risk management, credit underwriting, administration & monitoring, and policy development & implementation. He has been associated with Tata Cleantech Capital Limited since April 2013 and has contributed in the role of Head-Credit, before taking the assignment of Chief Risk Officer. He has earlier worked with Bank of Baroda, HDFC Bank, HSBC Bank and SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited in various roles. He has done Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance from National Institute of Bank Management, Pune. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (from ICFAI, Hyderabad) and Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance).”
Chief Financial Officer
Behzad has been with Tata Capital since June 2011. Effective October 2016, he has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer at Tata Cleantech Capital Limited.
He comes into the role with over 12 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. In his previous assignments, he has handled senior responsibilities in Finance including that of Planning, Management Reporting and Analysis, amidst other Accounting and Finance functions.
Behzad is a Post Graduate in Commerce. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Post Graduate in Executive Management from SP Jain Institute of Management. and holds a degree in Law.
Head - Business Origination & Relationship
Mitheel has over 18 years’ experience in infrastructure, project & corporate finance across financial institutions, investment banking & corporates. He has handled appraisals, deal origination, structuring and syndications, spearheading multiple transactions across debt, equity and mezzanine products and also successfully closed M&A deals. He has also contributed to policy papers related to infrastructure sector. Mitheel was instrumental in setting up the debt distribution function at TCCL and in his current role handles business origination and relationship function. Mitheel is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, MBA and Law Graduate.
Head - Syndication
Gaurav joined Tata Capital in 2013 in its Project Finance vertical. Subsequently, he moved to Tata Cleantech in 2015 heading the North & East India business origination function. Effective April 2019, he has been appointed as Head - Syndication for Tata Cleantech Capital Limited.
Prior to joining Tata group, he worked with ING and ABN Amro across their Chennai, Kolkata, and Delhi NCR offices for 11 years across Sales and Credit functions.
Gaurav is an Electrical Engineer and did his Master of Management from IIT Bombay.
Head – Credit Administration
Prasad has a rich experience of 36 years in the Banking and Financial Sector. He has worked in various functions across many Banks.
Prasad joined Tata Capital in 2011 as Head - Credit Administration & Monitoring for the Project Finance division of Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd. In 2016, he moved to Tata Cleantech Capital Ltd. He has set up the Credit Administration, Credit Monitoring and IT functions of Tata Cleantech Capital Ltd.
Chief Information Officer
Nilesh has cumulative experience of 16 years in National Stock Exchange, ICICI Bank and Tata Capital Ltd.
He joined Tata Capital in 2008 and has worked in various departments Viz Credit Underwriting, Credit Administration , Credit Monitoring, Research & Analytics and Information Technology. Currently, he is working on developing the IT systems for complete automation and analytics.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.
