Ms. Geetha Ravichandran is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Botany from the University of Madras, and a Master’s of Arts degree in English from the Madurai Kamaraj University. She has served as the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, and subsequently for Mumbai. She retired from the civil services as the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax after a period of service of more than 35 years.
