Mr. Ankur Verma is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delhi and a post graduate diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He was previously associated with Infosys Technologies Limited and also with DSP Merrill Lynch Limited as its Managing Director in global investment banking. Presently, he also serves as the Group Chief Strategy Officer at Tata Sons Private Limited.
