Rajiv, a B. Tech from IIT Delhi and PGDM from IIM Lucknow, has over 26 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Rajiv is currently the Managing Director & CEO of Tata Capital Limited. He is also the Chairman of Tata Capital Financial Services Limited, Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited and Tata Securities Limited and is also on the Board of Tata Cleantech Capital Limited, Tata Capital Pte Ltd. and Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited.

He has served as an Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Bank where he was responsible for several businesses including retail banking, business banking, rural banking, financial inclusion, technology and digital banking. He has also served as the Chairman of ICICI Home Finance Company Limited and was on the Board of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. He was also on the Investment Advisory Committee (Real Estate) of ICICI Prudential AMC.

Rajiv has been widely acknowledged and credited for his contribution to the growth of the Retail Banking and Real Estate & Housing Finance market in India.

He also has experience in both Venture Capital and Growth Capital investing, through stints at both Sequoia Capital and True North. He has also been on the Board of a number of early stage and growing companies in the Financial services space.

He has also served on a number of RBI and IBA committees.

Rajiv has also had successful stints with the Godrej Group, SRF Finance, GE Capital and Times Bank.

Mr Manish Chourasia is a financial services professional with 24 years of experience in origination, credit risk assessment and syndication in the Asia- Pacific Region. As part of the above mentioned functional categories, he has handled various products covering project finance, trade finance, and investment banking.

Since July, 2015, he has been working in Tata Group as managing director of Tata Cleantech Capital, which is the first private sector Green Investment Bank in emerging markets, jointly promoted by Tata Capital Ltd and International Finance Corporation (IFC). During his tenure till date, the company, starting from scratch, has funded over 175 projects in Clean-tech sector saving 8.5 tons of CO2 annually, executed a number of marquee advisory assignments, and tied up with a few global climate finance investors to channelize low cost funds to the Clean-tech sector in India. In November, 2018, the company was chosen as the 'Best RE Financier of the Year-NBFC' at the 2nd Edition of the Green Finance Awards. In May 2019 the company was awarded 'Best RE Financier of the Year' in EQ Magazine's 'PV Invest Tech Solar Awards'

Manish is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT, Rookee and an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University. In 2012 he completed his CFA and since then has been active volunteer with CFA Institute, USA. In Feb 2019 he was presented '100 Top most Influential BFSI Leaders' award by World BFSI Congress. He is an avid runner with a number of long distance runs to his credit, including the Tata Mumbai half marathon.

Ms. Varsha Purandare, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry) and has a Diploma in Business Management, having varied experience of 36 years in the areas of Credit, Forex, Risk, Treasury, Capital Markets, Investment Banking and Private Equity. Ms. Purandare was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of SBI Capital Markets Limited (“SBI Caps”) from November 2015 upto December 2018, where she was overall in-charge of SBI Caps and its five subsidiaries, covering investment banking and encompassing Equity Capital Markets, Debt Markets, Private Equity, Institutional & Retail Broking, Trustee & Foreign Subsidiaries. Prior to this, Ms. Purandare was the Deputy Managing Director and Chief Credit and Risk Officer of State Bank of India (“SBI”), where she headed the highest Credit Committee and was in-charge of the overall credit function. Besides the above, Ms. Purandare has held several positions in SBI, in India and abroad.

Mr. Sujit Kumar Varma is a career banker with proven track record of leading diverse business departments. Mr. Varma is highly experienced in Corporate and Retail Credit, Trade Finance, International Banking, Risk Management and Compliance. Mr. Varma had been associated with the State Bank of India (“SBI”) for over 3 decades where he held several important positions viz., Chief Executive Officer - SBI New York USA, General Manager - Mid-Corporate Regional Office, Mumbai, India and Chief General Manager - International Banking. Mr. Varma superannuated as Deputy Managing Director, Corporate Accounts Group from SBI in January 2021.

 Mr. Varma holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in English and certifications from renowned institutes like Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, Mumbai, India, Harvard Business School, NYU Stern School of Business, New York, USA, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India and Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, India.

Mr. Lodewijk Govaerts has completed his MBA in Business Administration from Groningen School of Management. Mr. Govaerts is a Member of both the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers and the Financial Institution Directors Education (“FIDE”) – Associations. Currently, Mr. Govaerts is Non-Executive Director (Asian Development Bank Nominee) of PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance, Non-Executive Director (Goodwell Nominee) of Origen Fresh EPZ Limited, and member of the Board of Governors of Leiden University, and Managing Partner of CNX Transaction Partners. Mr. Govaerts has more than 25 years of experience in Banking including investment banking, asset management and retail and commercial banking.

Mr. Govaerts has held important positions in ABN AMRO Bank in various countries, including Global Head Financial Institutions Trade & Infrastructure, Netherlands, CEO of ABN AMRO Indonesia, Vice Chairman and Head of Corporate, Commercial & Investment Banking China, Executive Director and Head of Credit Portfolio Management Asia Pacific & Middle East. He was also CEO of the Bank Nova Scotia Berhad & Country MD of Scotiabank, Malaysia, Assistant Managing Director of Maduro & Curiel's Bank N.V. (Scotiabank's 49% subsidiary in the Dutch Caribbean) and served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange.   

Mr. Govaerts was the recipient of the Winner of Enterprise Asia 2014 Entrepreneurship Award (Malaysia) in its Outstanding Category and in 2015 became one of the “First Batch” Chartered Bankers of the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (affiliated with UK Chartered Banker Institute).
