Types of OD facility offered at Tata capital

Monthly Dropline facility

Under this original assigned sanctioned OD limit shall decrease every month by an equal amount till the tenure of loan facility ends.
Dropdown amount is calculated as sanctioned limit divided by total tenure of the loan.
During the tenure customers will be charged interest on utilized limit and principal due (if any) on a monthly basis

Fixed plus Monthly Dropline facility

Original assigned sanctioned OD limit remains fixed for first 12 months.
After 12 completed months of fixed tenor, the original assigned limit shall start decreasing every month by an equal amount till the tenure of loan facility ends
Dropdown amount is calculated as sanctioned limit divided by dropline tenor of the loan
During the Fixed period only interest on utilized limit is deducted. After completion of fixed tenure, interest on utilized amount along with principal due (if any) will be deducted
