Non-Executive Director

Ms. Aarthi Subramanian is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s of Technology Degree in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology, Warangal (formerly known as Regional Engineering College) and a Master’s of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas. She has been associated with the Tata Group in various capacities since 1989. She has also previously served as an Executive Director and the Global Head of Delivery Excellence, Governance and Compliance at Tata Consultancy Services Limited and has several years of experience in the technology industry. She is currently serving as the Group Chief Digital Officer at Tata Sons Private Limited since 2017.
