Google Assistant

TIA, Tata Capital's Virtual Assistant is now accessible on Google Assistant. Google Assistant is a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence and developed by Google, that is primarily available on mobile and smart home devices.Follow the steps below to use it and access your account details:

    Download & Open the Google Assistant Mobile Application

    Just say “Hey Google, open Tata Capital or Talk to Tata Capital”

    Google Assistant will ask you to link your account click or say ‘YES’

    Tata Capital’s page will open for you to authenticate to link your account

     This sets up the Tata Capital Action for Google Assistant which is the link between Google Assistant and Tata Capital services

    Read and Agree to the Terms and Conditions

    By using Tata Capital for Google Assistant, you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service and Tata Capital’s Terms and Conditions.

    Create a unique 4-digit passcode

     For an added layer of security, set up a unique 4-digit passcode to access Tata Capital services. Your password should be different to your banking PIN, as your passcode will need to be said out aloud.

    Ask TIA anything!

    Start using the Tata Capital Banking Action for Google Assistant by saying “Talk to Tata Capital”. Then tell Google Assistant what you want to do, such as:

    "I want my Loan Statement"

    “Get amortization schedule”

    "I want to download Welcome Letter”

    "Update mobile number"

    “Update communication address”
