The Emerging Leaders Program(ELP) is a flagship initiative to manage and foster high potential talent in the organisation. SPARK (Summer Program to Acquire and Redefine Knowledge) is our flagship Campus program which connects management graduates form prestigious institutes to us via Summer internship. Every year SPARk interns are carefully chosen from various campuses and evaluated for preplacement offers (PPOs), providing them full time placement after completing their MBA.

‘Select’ and ‘Aspire’ are other campus program where we directly recruit fresh candidates from campus for business roles. Tata Capital uses a state-of-art mix of digital and personalized recruiting methods in order to develop personal connections and provide an exceptional recruitment experience to each graduate. Tata Capital believes these processes enable recruits to understand the company’s culture, as well as provides each graduate with a focused goal to become industry-ready and take on complex responsibilities in a real corporate setting. The Tata Capital Annual Management Trainee Program looks for fresh talent across diversified cultures.
