To promote affordable housing for the poor, the Government of India launched the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna in 2015. The scheme aims to provide two crore homes for the weaker sections of society by 2022.

આ યોજના હેઠળ, સરકારે ક્રેડિટ લિંક્ડ સબસિડી સ્કીમ (CLSS) શરૂ કરી છે જે ઘરની ખરીદી, બાંધકામ, સુધારણા અથવા વિસ્તરણ માટે મેળવેલ હાઉસિંગ લોન પર સબસિડીવાળી હોમ લોન વ્યાજ દરો પ્રદાન કરે છે. જો કે, સબસિડીની રકમ એક ગ્રુપથી બીજા ગ્રુપમાં અલગ હોય છે.

આ ALS, અરજીની પ્રક્રિયા હવે સંપૂર્ણપણે ડિજિટલ છે, જેથી વ્યક્તિઓ સ્કીમ માટે સરળતાથી ઑનલાઇન અરજી કરી શકે છે.

જો તમે કોઈપણ લાભાર્થી કેટેગરીને અનુકૂળ હોવ, તો તમે પસંદગીના કોઈપણ ધિરાણકર્તા સાથે આ સ્કીમ માટે અરજી કરી શકો છો. તમારી એપ્લિકેશન સફળતાપૂર્વક સબમિટ થયા પછી, તમને એક રેફરન્સ નંબર પ્રાપ્ત થશે જેનો ઉપયોગ તમે પસંદ કરેલા લાભાર્થીઓની સૂચિમાં તમારું નામ તપાસવા માટે કરી શકો છો.

PMAY ની સૂચિ શું છે?

The PMAY list 2021 has been uploaded on the official website of the scheme, which carries the names of the selected individuals who will receive the subsidy benefits provided under the scheme.

However, there are two different ways to check your name on the list. The steps differ depending on whether you’ve applied under the urban section or the rural section of the scheme.

How to check your name in PMAY list?

To check the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna Urban list, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the official website of PMAY(U).
  2. Click on the ‘search beneficiary’ tab and select ‘Search by Name’ on the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter your full name or the first three letters of your name and click ‘Search’.
  4. You will get access to the list where you can check your name and other details.

To check the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna Rural/Gramin list, follow the steps given below:

  1. Visit the official website of PMAY Gramin.
  2. Select the ‘Stakeholders’ option, and a drop-down menu will appear.
  3. 'IAY/PMAYG લાભાર્થી' વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરો.
  4. પેજ પર તમારો રજિસ્ટ્રેશન નંબર દાખલ કરો.
  5. Click the ‘Search’ option.

How to check your name without the registration number?

You can also access the PMAY list if you don’t have the registration number. Simply follow the steps as given below –

  1. Go to the official website of PMAY Gramin.
  2. Select the ‘Stakeholders’ option.
  3. Select the ‘IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary’ option from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click on the ‘Advanced Search’ option on the newly opened page.
  5. તમારું નામ, ઍડ્રેસ, પિતા/પતિનું નામ, BPL નંબર વગેરે જેવી જરૂરી વિગતો દાખલ કરો.
  6. Click the ‘Search’ option.
