Vineet Chadha

Partner, Tata Capital Innovations Fund

Vineet joined Tata Capital in December 2009 and successfully raised and manages investments relating to the Tata Capital Innovations Fund. Vineet's experience is across private equity, investment banking and manufacturing.

Vineet is a member of the Investment Committee of the Fund and nominee Director on Boards of portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Tata Capital he was with Old Lane Private Equity responsible for investments in Indian Infrastructure sector and earlier with Ernst & Young and SBI Capital Markets in their Investment Banking businesses.

Vineet received a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela and Masters Degree in Finance from Delhi University. He is also a CFA Charter holder.


Vaibhav Ghadge

Partner, Tata Capital Innovations Fund

Vaibhav joined Tata Capital in June 2013 and is responsible for investments, asset management and implementing various value accretion initiatives for portfolio companies.

His experience spans across private equity investments, investment banking and project finance. Prior to Tata Capital, he worked with private equity funds of Citigroup (US$ 500 million Old Lane India Opportunities Fund) as well as Deutsche Bank with around US$ 100 million successful transaction closures. He also worked with the investment banking division of Ernst & Young and with SBI Project Finance SBU.

Vaibhav holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Mumbai and a Masters in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.


Abha Inamdar

Assistant Vice President, Tata Capital Innovations Fund

Abha joined Tata Capital in June 2011, and is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and managing the investments of the fund. She has experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and education industries prior to joining Tata Capital.

She received a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from XLRI School of Business and Human Resources, Jamshedpur and MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) from KEM Hospital, Mumbai. She is a recipient of J.R.D Tata and National Talent scholarships. She has successfully completed level II of the CFA exam.



Jayant Sharma

Assistant Vice President, Tata Capital Innovations Fund

Jayant joined Tata Capital in November 2013. He is part of the team that evaluates investment opportunities and manages the investments of the fund.

Prior to joining Tata Capital, Jayant was part of the Projects team at Tata Industries, one of the holding companies of the Tata Group besides Tata Sons, where he was evaluating investment opportunities in the Advanced Materials domain. Jayant joined the Tata Group through the Tata Administrative Services (TAS) program in 2010. He did TAS stints at Titan Industries (Tanishq), Tata Steel and Tata Capital Innovations Fund prior to joining Tata Industries in 2011.

Jayant received a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
