“I had started working at a small clinic in Bareily as a radiologist when the pandemic hit. We knew then it was going to be tough for healthcare workers. I took every precaution to not expose my family while fulfilling my duty

But my family was afraid because I worked in a high-risk environment. Some neighbours even told my father to persuade me to quit, there was a lot of drama. My biggest problem was commuting, we had one car but my family felt it was risky taking it to the clinic.

I had to find a solution on my own. Since it was my first job and I didn't want to give my parents another reason to ask me to quit. I applied for a two-wheeler loan from Tata Capital, got Eighty-five thousand, bought a scooter and continued to serve.”
