Once you have achieved your home loan eligibility requirements, we will require minimal documentation to process your loan application such as -

We have a verification team of our own for document verification. A representative from the team will be sent to your residence to verify the address in person. The verification of other documents such as PAN Card, Aadhar, or Passport will be done using various online portals. On successful verification, we will immediately move on to the next process – inspection of property.

After the verification process, an inspection officer will visit the property that you intend to purchase. Our main intention behind the inspection is to look for any potential problems that you might face later. The inspection gives you and us a closer look at the actual condition of your property.
