The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) was introduced by the government in 2015 to fulfil its mission of “Housing for All by 2022”. This scheme was predominantly introduced for the urban poor. Check Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana List Urban (PMAY-U) with Aadhaar Number

  • Log on to the official PMAY website by accessing https://pmaymis.gov.in or https://pmaymis.gov.in/Open/Find_Beneficiary_Details.aspx
  • Click on the search beneficiary tab on the top centre of the page
  • Enter your Aadhaar card number and press Submit
  • After clicking Submit, you will be able to see all your details along with the status of your application

Check PMAY-U (Urban) List without Aadhaar Number

  • If you have misplaced your Aadhaar Card or do not have the number handy, you can also check your name by inputting your personal details or your assessment id by clicking on https://pmaymis.gov.in/Track_Application_Status.aspx
  • Enter your assessment ID or personal details to know your current application status

Check PMAY-G (Grameen) List with Registration Number

  • Log on to https://rhreporting.nic.in/netiay/Benificiary.aspx
  • Enter your registration number and press Submit to find out your current application status

Check PMAY List 2020-21 (Grameen) without Registration Number

  • Keep your personal details such as your BPL number or sanction number handy
  • Log on to https://rhreporting.nic.in/netiay/Benificiary.aspx
  • Click on the button that says Advanced Search
  • Fill out the form shown on the page and click Search to check your status

Check eligibility to apply for PMAY Scheme

  • The applicant or their family members should not own a pucca house in India
  • They should not have availed of any other government housing scheme previously
  • Both joint or single homeownership allowed for married couples will be eligible for a single subsidy only
  • The gross annual household income should fall between Rs. 6 lakhs – Rs. 18 lakhs
