Vivo’s most recent launches – V15 and V15 pro have already been selling in the market at a rapid rate. Now, the Chinese tech company has yet two other additions to its smartphone family – the Vivo V17 and Vivo V17 Neo. Sources have revealed that the company has chosen the month of October – the month of Diwali and family festivity in India – for its launch. Camera
Among speculations, it has been confirmed that the Vivo V17 phone will come with a dual pop-up selfie camera module with the possibility of a shark-fin camera design on the front. Moreover, the phone will include four cameras on the rear panel, a quad primary camera setup and additional sensors. The colours haven’t been revealed but it is expected that Vivo will keep up with its glossy and sleek finish.
Storage
The Google Play Listing suggests that the phone should have an inbuilt storage capacity of 128 GB coupled with an internal RAM of 6 GB. It is too early to confirm the complete specifications of the phone until Vivo releases an official statement. Till now, it is known that the company might also introduce a separate Pro variant of V17. Additionally, certain features of Vivo V17 Neo have also been released.
Display and Processor
Equipped with a Full HD+ screen with a waterdrop style notch display, the Vivo V17 phone is powered by MediaTek’s Helio P65 chipset. This chipset also comprises two Cortex-A75 performance cores and six Cortex-A55 cores which are both energy efficient and durable. Estimated Price
As of now, the exact price of the smartphone hasn’t been revealed but Vivo users expect it to be at the high range price spectrum. Google Play and inside reports believe it will be sold at an estimated price of Rs. 24, 990 in the Indian market.
This will also be subject to discounts and bonuses since the phone is set to be launched during the month of Diwali, mostly on the 22nd of October. Thousands of tech products are sold at affordable rates during this month.
