Screen Galaxy has a foldable display.

Screen Size Unfolds into a 7.3-inch screen; Galaxy Fold also has a 4.6-inch exterior display screen. Surface Duo has two 5.6-inch displays that unfold to 8.3-inch. But, it does not have an exterior screen.
Camera Galaxy Fold is equipped with six cameras, three on the back, two inside and one in the front. The Surface Duo, as seen in the initial designs, doesn’t seem to have a rear camera which means that you might have to open the front camera to click photos.
Additional Feature You can use Galaxy Fold either like a folded device or you can extend it fully. But it offers the best performance when it is fully opened.
As Galaxy Fold’s screen is fragile, it is not compatible with a digital pen. 		You can use the Surface Duo either fully or partially open. You can also use one side as a screen to watch a movie or video and use the other as a keyboard.
Compatible with a digital pen as the screen is made of glass.  

Microsoft’s Surface Duo is creating quite a stir, thanks to its unique features. But to reach an actual verdict over which product is better would be difficult as Surface Duo isn’t out yet.
