Nubia Launches 4-inch Display Smartwatch with Flexible OLED Display

The Chinese tech company, Nubia has successfully bridged the gap between wearables and smartphones by merging the two. The company has launched a wearable wristwatch cum smartphone, combining the dual functionality of both. The Nubia Alpha is one of the world’s first such flexible wearable, after Apple and Lenovo, and has passed the ‘screen-bend’ and ‘free-drop’ tests with flying colours. Flexible OLED display 

The Nubia Alpha has a 4-inch OLED display with a flexibility that allows you to control it with simple gestures. You can tap and scroll effortlessly without coming in full contact with the screen. The screen is extensive as well, providing a larger visual area so you can view content and interact better instead of having to spend time scrutinizing information. There’s a 5MP camera as well, that can take high-precision shots and videos up to 10 seconds.

You can also track your calorie intake to record your data to monitor your progress.

The Nubia Alpha is powered by the Snapdragon Wear 2100 Quadcore processor and a 500mAh battery that ensure you get maximum levels of performance, lasting for almost 2 days without charging. With a RAM of 1GB and a storage capacity of 8GB, you can experience faster configuration and have adequate space for storage. The device is equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and also has an e-sim for calls and messages. You can also install third-party apps like WhatsApp, Facebook and news channels for keeping yourself up to date with personal and worldwide information.
