Best Kawasaki Motorcycles Available in India

Kawasaki motorcycles are known for their incredible engines, distinctive appearance and high-speed performance. Over the past decade, the foray of well-known high-performance bike brands has caught the attention of speed-loving bikers in India. However, to date, only a few international bike brands - Kawasaki is a prime example here - boast of a wide-ranging portfolio for the biking aficionados.

Here’s a list of the best Kawasaki bikes available in India under the Rs. 7 lakh price bracket. (All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi).

Kawasaki Ninja 300

Price: Rs 2.98 lakh

The smallest bike in the iconic Ninja series, the Ninja 300 came as a successor to the Ninja 250R. Available in a single ABS variant, its 296cc twin-cylinder engine generates maximum power and torque output of 39bhp and 27Nm respectively. Coupled to a 6-speed manual gearbox, it features disc brakes at the rear as well as the front. It weighs 172 kg and is available in four colors. Avail of a 2 wheeler loan if budget is a constraint, and get your hands on this high-performance bike.

Kawasaki Vulcan S

Price: Rs 5.49 lakh

If you enjoy cruising on your bike, the Kawasaki Vulcan S cruiser is for you. Equipped with a 649cc engine (59.5bhp/63Nm), the middleweight cruiser is pitted against the likes of Harley-Davidson Street 750 and Hyosung Aquila Pro GV650 in India.

Designed as a modern-day cruiser, it gets a strapping, low-slung profile with a comfortable laidback riding position and short exhaust pipe. The instrument panel features an analogue tachometer and digital screen alongside. It also gets a nicely-shaped fuel tank and reversed triangle headlight.

While Kawasaki motorcycles tend to be on the expensive side, and generally cruisers too, let the price tag not worry you. If you have your heart set on a cruiser that promises performance and comfort, choose the Vulcan S and ride one home with an easy two wheeler loan.
