Mr. Saurabh Agrawal is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Tata Sons Private Limited (“Tata Sons”), the holding company. Prior to joining Tata Sons in June 2017, he was the Head of Strategy of the Aditya Birla Group.

In a career spanning over two decades, Mr. Agrawal has been the Head of Investment Banking in India for Bank of America Merrill Lynch and also Head of the Corporate Finance business in India and South Asia for Standard Chartered Bank.

Mr. Agrawal has wide-ranging experience in strategy and capital markets, with a ringside view of the evolution of the Indian economy since the mid-90s. Mr. Agrawal has helped various large Indian and global corporates on capital markets as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has worked with several business groups both Indian and global.

Mr. Agrawal completed his Undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and has a Postgraduate Management Degree from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.

Malvika Sinha

Ms. Malvika Sinha has been a career central banker for over 38 years.  During her tenure at the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) she has overseen the regulation and supervision of Banks, NBFCs and Cooperative Banks.  In addition, Ms. Sinha have worked in the Foreign Exchange Department, managed the domestic debt of the Central and State Governments and the internal accounts of the RBI. Mr. Radhakrishnan has served on the Board of Yes Bank as Non-Executive and Nominee Director of State Bank of India (“SBI”) from August 2020 to July 2022 and is presently serving as Advisor – Wholesale Banking in Yes Bank since Feb 2023. Mr. Radhakrishnan has worked as Chief General Manager of Corporate Accounts Group in Mumbai since September 2017 and served as General Manager & Region Head of Corporate Accounts Group in New Delhi for a period of over 2 years (June 2015 to September 2017).

He holds a Post Graduate degree & is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).

Mr. Mathew Cyriac is the Co-founder and Chairman designate of Florintree Advisors, a Mumbai based Alternative Asset Manager. Previously, Mr. Cyriac was a Senior Managing Director at the Blackstone Group and served as Co-Head of Private Equity at Blackstone Advisors India Private Ltd. till February 2017.
