The Tata Capital Healthcare Fund focuses on the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. The Fund’s investment strategy is to target long-term appreciation by making growth capital investments through significant minority positions in portfolio companies. The fund targets deals in the US$ 5 – 12 million range.

The Tata Capital Special Situations Fund - Trust seeks to invest equity capital in stressed medium sized enterprises with deal sizes more than US$ 10 million.



Tata Opportunities Fund

The Tata Opportunities Fund seeks to invest in Tata entities as well as independent Indian companies. The fund is stage and sector agnostic and has the capability to provide growth and buyout capital in deals ranging from US$ 50 – 200 million.
